Welcome to Footy Stocks! By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Important: Footy Stocks is a fantasy game. All currency, prizes, and rewards within the app are virtual and have NO real-world monetary value. This is NOT gambling and no real money can be won or lost.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Footy Stocks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Footy Stocks is a fantasy football trading game where you can:

Buy and sell virtual shares of football players
Build squads to compete in leagues
Earn virtual currency and prizes based on player performance
Compete on leaderboards with other users

3. Virtual Currency and Prizes

NO REAL MONEY VALUE: All currency in Footy Stocks (including your balance, player prices, and prizes) is entirely virtual. Virtual currency and prizes:

Cannot be exchanged for real money
Cannot be transferred outside the app
Cannot be sold or traded for real-world goods
Have no cash value whatsoever

Prize tiers and rewards shown in the app are for entertainment purposes within the game only.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate information when creating your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
Exploit bugs or glitches (please report them instead)
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to hack or compromise the service
Use the app for any illegal purpose

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Footy Stocks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Accuracy of player statistics or scores
Availability of specific features

Player data is sourced from third-party providers and may occasionally contain errors or delays.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Footy Stocks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.
